warned the audience that enemies are at work to destabilize Iran because
no scientific, economic, and cultural project will work and there will
be no national dignity in case of instability. The most important duty

administration of social justice, avoid discrimination, wasting public
assets, violation of public rights and abusing their posts. He said that
officials should try to remove their negative points and weaknesses and

of ration, science, expertise and all the capacity and potential of the
organization and office they are in charge, the officials would not be
successful to improve their religious behavior.
Ayatollah Khamenei said the three branches of government should not
consider themselves immune to any fair criticism and all the organs
should improve themselves within framework of the Islamic
establishment`s objectives. The Supreme Leader said the economic organs
should brief the public on the kind of activities and services they have
rendered for removal of social gaps, national development and
improvement of the economy. He said that the scientific sectors,
including universities and seminaries, should make clear which measures
they have adopted for generation of science and free exchange of views
and opinions, as are demanded by the leadership. The Supreme Leader also
urged the judiciary to provide the public with the first hand account of
its performance for restoration of the oppressed`s rights and turn the
judiciary organ as real sanctuary of the oppressed. Furthermore, the
legislative power should tell people of the bills they have passed into
laws. The Supreme Leader said the MPs-elect for the seventh Majlis
should know that the public expect them to work and act in line with the
